Our Mobile cocktail service utilises the superb Edmunds® Cocktails of Bury Saint Edmunds, Suffolk. All served in the appropriate glassware with accompanying garnish.

There is a few packages available which are listed below.

Pre-Paid

You pay a set amount of money to us. This allows your guests to get drinks without payment. When the pre paid amount runs out you can either pay another amount to us or we will go to a cash bar.

Cash Bar

Your guests will pay for all of there drinks as they get them like you would i any normal bar or pub.

Voucher

Your guests are given a voucher each. This will give them a number of drinks pre paid by you. After this we will revert to a cash bar. This is a useful service if you would like your guest to have a few welcome drinks pre paid. We offer a discount rate on vouchers as below.

Prices

Each cocktail is £7.45 as a cash bar

£6.95 each for 100 pre paid Cocktails

£7.25 for a 1 Cocktail Voucher

£14 for a 2 Cocktail Voucher

£20.50 for a 3 Cocktail Voucher

Guest Numbers & Minimum Orders

We do not necessarily have a minimum guest attendance amount. We do however have a minimum amount we must take at each event. This is £500. If this amount is not reached your booking deposit will be retained.

Booking Deposit, Refunds and Cancellation

We will take a £150 booking deposit to secure your date. This booking deposit will be refunded to you as long as we reach our minimum amount of £500 on the day of the event. if we do not reach this figure your booking deposit will be retained. We will also retain your booking deposit if you Cancel you're booking with us.

Licenses

We can arrange TEN Notices (Temporary Event Notice) with your local Council on your behalf. We will require at least 4 weeks notice if this is needed and a small charge will be incurred.

Underage Drinking

Our staff our trained in the same manner as if they worked in a pub or bar. They will request proof of age if they feel it is needed. If no proof of age is given, no sale will be made.
