Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment is via BACS transfer and must be paid within 7 Days of Receipt of invoice, Invoices will be issued with your booking confirmation.

We will confirm your booking within 24 hours.

Tables are for a maximum of 8 guests.

For bookings of more than 8 guests you will be on 2 or more tables.

Bookings are 100 % refundable up to the 26th October 2021.

Bookings made or Cancellations made after the 26th October 2021 will be non refundable.

Under 18’s are allowed to attend the event, But must be accompanied by someone 18 years or older.

Parking is available at the venue. Vehicles left at the venue overnight is at the owners own risk. The Natterjack Group LTD (T/A Natterjack Catering) or Swanton Morley Village hall will accept no liability for Theft or Damage to the vehicle owners property.
